Focus’s offshore development center is located in the western Indian city of Pune. Here, our teams of skilled RPG/AS400 and Web development resources engage in a spectrum of services and operate in a variety of process models tailored to customer needs. Most of our teams are dedicated teams for clients, i.e., the resources that staff these teams are exclusively assigned to a particular client and service only that client’s needs.

This enables our clients to virtually have their own offshore development centers without the issues (cultural, communication) and costs (office space, acquisition, company registeration, administration, recruitment and so on) involved in actually owning one. The teams are managed right from recruiting, orientation, training, monitoring and evaluations. This enables clients to treat these teams as extensions of their own IT departments, albeit in a different location. Their interaction with their offshore team members is catered to individual client preferences and situations... either through an on-site full time Focus liaison or through an Atlanta based liaison or directly in some cases.
