Our processes are a reflection of the SEI's CMMI model, and have now matured to a level of surpassing our clients' expectations. Moreover, some of our major clients have contracted us to counsel them on shaping their internal processes on the lines of Focus's proven methodologies. Our processes deliver dependable and consistent quality, irrespective of the project or the resources working on it. Focus also believes in continually improving our processes and documentation.

Project Management

Focus always follows the best practices in Project Management as promoted by the Project Management Institute (PMI). All projects are placed under the responsibility of a Project Management Professional (PMP), a coveted and internationally recognized certification from the PMI. This tradition of excellence in project management enables us to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

We are based out of Atlanta, Georgia, and our clients are nationwide. Local (US) Presence

In our clients view, local presence in the US is one of the key advantages that Focus has to offer as compared to many of our competitors. Our US presence allows clients to deal with us seamlessly without traversing a time distance or a cultural distance. Essentially, since all Project Management is handled from the US, the off-shoring aspect becomes completely transparent from the operations angles, while still allowing clients to benefit from off-shoring cost reductions.
