Relocation Assistance: We take care of your travel and hotel arrangements and help you settle down. Our support staff will help you an apartment or point you to the right people.
Employee Referal Scheme: The employee referal program is instituted to encourage employees to refer friends, ex colleagues or just good aquaintances who could be prospective Focus Employees and get them on the fast track for joining the team.
Paid Days Off: Employees are eligible to avail 10 working days per year as vacation leave. The vacation leave can be carried forward for 1 year.
Holidays: Focus observes 6 mandatory holidays and 4 floating holidays.
Medical Leave: Employees can avail 6 days of medical leave per year.
Maternity Leave: Maternity leave is for a period of 3 months (Includes weekends/Holidays). Would be fathers are given 2 days off to spend time with the family and the new born.
