For US Employees: Highlights of our benefit package:
Medical: Focus offers a nationwide PPO with good in and out-of-network benefits. Currently we are set up with United Healthcare for the group medical plan.

Dental: Our dental insurance provider is BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia), the plans offer comprehensive benefits, including orthodontic care.

Paid Time Off(PTO)/Holidays:
In addition to Paid Holidays, Focus employees are eligible for PTO (vacation & holidays) days to use for time needed away from work.

Employee Referral Program: The employee referral program is instituted to encourage employees to refer friends, ex colleagues or just good acquaintances who could be prospective Focus Employees and get them on the fast track for joining the team.
For Indian Employees
Relocation Assistance: We take care of your travel and hotel arrangements and help you settle down. Our support staff will help find you an apartment or point you to the right people.

Holidays: Focus observes 6 mandatory holidays and 4 floating holidays.
