Our processes are a reflection of the SEI's CMMI model, and have now matured to a level of surpassing our clients' expectations. Moreover, some of our major clients have contracted us to counsel them on shaping their internal processes on the lines of Focus's proven methodologies. Project Management

Focus always follows the best practices in Project Management as promoted by the Project Management Institute (PMI). All projects are placed under the responsibility of a Project Management Professional (PMP), a coveted and internationally recognized certification from the PMI. This tradition of excellence in project management enables us to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
